They have a decent selection of stuff, kind of hit or miss or the friendly staff and sometimes difficult to order items in.

I think I have been spoiled by Eatwells on the Lisburn road, but I am always slightly disappointed when I go into nutmeg, I have never found the staff that friendly and the shop is always a tip, but they do have a better range of sweet things than Eatwells which keeps me as a customer. (Well beggars can't be choosers)

They sell quite a good range of vegan food and their own vegan sausage rolls are lovely. The staff are always very helpful and friendly too!
