Description: Mainly organic, health food shop off the glengarriff road in bantry. Situated close to the better stocked organico however there is a large selection of veg, remedies and shelf foods. No freezer.

very small shop, not always open as its run by one person. The selection is ok but as there is a much larger shop just around the corner I wouldn't see the point of shopping here for my weekly shop. good for poping in for one or two things.

The nearby store may be better stocked but no-one is better informed or more passionate about everything your body needs than Simon, the proprietor. If you want a particular organic, vegan or wholefood product then yes, you can go to any number of specialist shops. If, however, you need the personal touch and some seriously professional and individual advice then you can do no better anywhere than in this friendly little shop!
